I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a Masters in Public Health and B.S. in Kinesiology, giving me both a scientific and holistic perspective on movement and long-term health. I also have a background in group fitness, teaching yoga sculpt, pilates, and HIIT. My coaching blends strength training, mobility, and intentional programming to help clients build strong, resilient bodies that support performance, longevity, and confidence.
