My research, largely in partnership with Columbia University and NYSPI, examines behavioral health and healthcare systems through a systematic lens. Through qualitative and mixed-methods research, I explore how care is actually delivered on the ground — examining the systems, structures, and everyday decisions that shape access, equity, and patient outcomes.
